Principal Investigators will be responsible for:
- booking their observers' rooms at VATT and
- arranging their refugium permits and facility keys
Please do both
these, at least a week before the run, via Barbara
Abril (with copies to "mgiomail" and Richard Boyle - Telescope Scientist).
- making transport arrangements (usually commercial rental) to the mountain.
Note that a 4WD vehicle with chains is usually needed in winter. |
