Joint Discussion 13 will take place during the XXVI^th General Assembly of the International Astronomical Union (IAU). This GA is being held in Prague, Czech Republic, a city with a rich astronomical history going back to the middle of the XIVth century, when the oldest central European university was established. The Joint discussion itself will be held in the Prague Congress Center, Room "Club A", from 9:00 until 17:30 on Tuesday, August 22, and continuing from 9:00 until 12:30 on Wednesday, 23rd. The Congress Center is close to the city center and can easily be reached from the Prague international airport.
